*Thank you to the Blue Team Cheer Parents/Representatives that journeyed to Las Vegas for Jamz Nationals last weekend! Thanks also to those that transported the props, water and snacks…and supported the TEAM…..you were invaluable to make an extraordinary weekend even more so

Much appreciation to Chris and Alyssa who traveled from Fresno for the weekend to be a blessing to us all!

Great job everyone, and now…ON TO USA NATIONALS A WEEK FROM THIS COMING FRIDAY  FOR THE BIG HURRAH!

*PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A TEAM ABSENCE POLICY OF ‘ONLY ONE UNEXCUSED ABSENCE’ FROM THE SUMMER ‘AHS CAMP’…. WHICH BEGINS IN JUNE…. AND FINISHES AT THE END OF JULY…FOR ALL SPIRIT TEAM MEMBERS

The Athletic Participation Clearance Packet contents:

Pages 1-8 – Please print, complete and submit to the AAC

  1. Activity/Athletic Certificate
  2. Health History/Medical Release
  3. Drug Testing Consent
  4. LVUSD Code of Conduct
  5. CIF Athlete’s Code of Ethics
  6. Voluntary Participation/Assumption of Risk
  7. Emergency Form- For 1st sport
  8. Emergency Form- For 2nd sport (a new emergency form is required for each sport)

Eligibility

To be eligible, a student must have a 2.0 grade point average and no more than one fail grade in the previous report period. Eligibility is determined quarterly. Only one of the subjects can be Physical Education and school service/assistant classes do not count. Additionally, the student must be currently enrolled and passing at least 20 semester credits of new work and have passed 20 semester credits of work the previous semester to be eligiblE!
