The Mandatory Participation form is being emailed to you today and is to be returned in class tomorrow, 9/28/15!
*And then…the following week it is back to Agoura for Homecoming vs. Moorpark
*On 10/8 ….the Frosh/Soph game and… Pep Rally rehearsal (time TBA).
* 10/9 …..The Pep Rally for All Teams….AND… JV and Varsity Football games.
* Frosh/Soph and JV will attend the Varsity games as well..

Wednesday, 9/30 – Class – Decide on clothing for Friday, 9/25/15 ….school, and game dress for ALL TEAMS.
*NO deviation please…(in dress, hair adornments/style, nail. polish,,,ETC,)
YOU ARE A TEAM AND MUST DRESS EXACTLY THE SAME!

* Game day – Away vs. T.O. – ALL TEAMS WILL ATTEND!
*ALL CHARGER GIRLS WILL ENTER THE BUS WEARING THE WHITE ‘A’ TANK AND PERFORMANCE SKIRT, WHITE CHEER SHOES… WITH HAIR UP, PERFORMANCE READY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*PLEASE WEAR YOUR WHITE BOW. IF YOU FORGET IT…DO NOT BORROW ONE FROM A TEAM MATE (FOR HEALTH SAFETY) REASONS. Mrs. Koch has one to purchase for $5.

*Stuntmen – Enter the bus wearing Performance top and black shorts. No exceptions!
*Parents will be called for pickup at approx. 10 minutes before arrival back to AHS
Team Members will be excused to leave after all props are put away in the locker room!
* Saturday, 10/3 – MANDATORY – YOU WILL BE PERFORMING IN THE REYES ADOBE PARADE WITH YOUR TEAM .
*You will need to be there at the Yerba Buena school site at approximately 9:15am.
The parade will begin at the intersection of end at 10:00am and end at approx. 11:00am. at the Reyes Adobe Park on Reyes Adobe Rd.
*Bring water to drink before the parade begins, if needed.
*SONGLEADERS PLEASE BRING POMS!
*NO PARTICIPANTS ARE TO BRING PURSES, BACKPACKS OR ANY ITEMS TO CARRY OR HOLD.
*You may bring your phone to put ‘unseen’ in your waist band, however it is only to be used in case of an emergency!
*Parents/Representatives may call Mrs. Koch as always…in case of emergency..at 818-292-3960!
*You can receive 2 hours of ‘Service Learning’ Credit for your participation

*MANDATORY FULL TEAM PRACTICES (almost) EVERY MONDAY, 3-5:00PM ….
*AND MANDATORY BLUE TEAM ‘COMPETITION PRACTICES (almost) EVERY THURSDAY, 3-5:00PM.
FYI – Cancellation of practice will take place ONLY (for the most part) because of holidays, facilities use conflicts, or needed game coverage.

*LEADERSHIP COUNCIL Meetings will be starting soon in October, and are open to ALL Team members who wish to learn Leadership Skills,have a voice in the decision making process of this year’s Team,and/or may wish to run for a Captain’s position for the 2016-17 Spirit Team.

* IMPORTANT – FYI…THE SPIRIT TEAM’S FIRST MANDATORY CROWDLEADING COMPETITION CHOREOGRAPHY PRACTICE/Team Builder 3:00- ? pm – Absolute end time and complete information to come.
*IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERY TEAM MEMBER IS BE WORKING UP TO THEIR POTENTIAL (ATTITUDE/SKILLS/VOCALS/BEHAVIOR/TEAMWORK..ETC)… to earn a position in Crowdleading.
Your work in class and at games/pep rallies/practices… and your free time…will transfer into your reality!
*Practice your skills, vocals/smiles/facials at home!
Taking outside skill building classes (if possible) AND being video taped by family or a friend to see how you REALLY look…will be also helpful tools for improvement to earn a spot on the floor.
*Unfortunately, inclusion in the pursuit of Agoura’s 15th USA National Crowdleading Championship is not a guarantee… as it depends on the needs of the routine, and how may places are available for a particular skill set.
Give yourself the best chance possible!
